What separates Casa Bella from the rest was that they made their own triple glazed windows. This was very important to us as windows are exposed to the elements and they have to be made right and installed right.
The one thing that stood out all along was that they kept their promises. From the sales associate, Ronnie to Simon, the lead installer and his crew, all of them took their work seriously and delivered on promises. I can’t stress enough on how important that factor is for us clients!
The work was completed smoothly and without any major issues. The installation team was very respectful and professional.
In a nutshell, Casa Bella is a large company that has figured out how to provide the personal touch and service that you would find in a small family owned business!
