Awesome work ethic, extremely professional!
From the beginning the customer service (Ronnie) was really great. He kept me up to date, let me know when I’d be getting the windows and the installation date was right on time. I also got all paperwork in a timely manner and it was all easy to understand.
On the installation date, the installers were extremely professional. They arrived on time, prepared the home for installation (took pictures off the walls, made sure of no damage, protected the floors). They installed quickly and cleaned up after they were done by sweeping inside and outside. They also made sure we covered all furniture so we wouldn’t have to dust as much when they were done.
We had a great experience all around and look forward to having them back to do the rest of our windows as we only did the top floor to start! Thanks so much for your professionalism and great work ethic!!
