Bought a pre-construction home from this builder. Coming up to the time of completion there were no updates from the builder, impossible to contact and the house was not built (ground not even broken). Luckily I managed to get my deposit back through lawyers, but I lost out on the gains the Toronto housing market had made over the almost 2 years it took to get my deposit back.

- Contact Tarion as they are well aware of this problem, I was 1 of 5 homebuyers who had issues in the development of around 20 homes. Get a good lawyer.
