We encountered an issue with the basement wall at the cottage, after searching around for a contractor to do the work, we happened to come across CBS. I called, they came out right away to assess the issue, and proceeded to engage. We were grateful they were able to do this job very quickly for us when others could not get to the job before January.
As for the work, wow, the team was great, they took about 2 days to do it and the results are more then we could have asked for. That wall will never move again! I am more then happy to recommend this company to anyone having basement issues.

Called CBS when we had a serious water issue in our finished basement. Huge job to clear out your basement and have a drainage system installed, which is why I'm so grateful I hired CBS. Lucio, Dimitry and Damien were fabulous. No matter what arose -- and you never know exactly how a detailed project like this is going to go until the project begins -- the team was solution oriented, caring and perfectionist in their work. Another excellent annual checkup by the representative from the company. It was noticed the on off switch on one of the pumps not working properly so it was replaced, hence the invoice was approx $175 increased.

10 years ago , CBS installed an entire system in our cottage crawl space. It was amazing! This year due to renovations we needed to reinstall some sections. Lucio and Dustin were amazing again. We contacted Clarke Basement Systems to replace our existing sump pit, pump and discharge, which I would describe as a builder basic with no back-up, etc. Dymitri and Ali were professional and thoughtful to work with throughout the installation. They lowered the sump pit to allow space for a back-up pump, installed the pit and pump system along with a back-up battery and also replaced our discharge line.

The work was done with minimal disruption to us. Runners were laid from our front door to the work area and the entire space was left clean. The space looks great and we now have peace of mind. Money well spent.

The crew arrived on time, explained in detail what would be done and communicated through out the installation if plan modifications were require. They were professional in their work, helpful, a pleasure to have at our home. We have worked with Clarke Basements in the past and this was, again, a good experience with work well done.

I have not been able to see the finished work but photos look good. Staff all very pleasant to deal with.
