I was looking after my neighbour’s house in the summer. One day when I was doing a walk through, I found water in the basement. I called them and asked if I should get it fixed. They wanted it fixed immediately. I called Clarke Basement systems. They responded with in the week to fix this small crack. Within a few hours the leak was stopped, the guys had packed up and every thing was clean. Great job. I also got brownie points from my neighbor. I have recommend them to a number of people and every one has been happy.

our basement suffered from chronic leaking after every heavy downpour. We called Clarke basement systems, Don came and did a through on site visit, he laid a plan and described to me a water mangement system. We had it installed and our basement has been dry ever since, I actually look forward to heavy downpours to see his water management system kick into gear and keep our basement dry. Clarke Basement systems has the solutions don't go anywhere else.

Nice people, offered other services but did not push them. They gave me exactly what I wanted. This is why I will go back! Very helpful to answer all my questions.

We had a lot of water damage in our finished basement from a hairline crack in the wall. Clarke's came very quickly not only to assess and give us a reasonable quote but to also fix the job before the damage got any worse. Thanks to Clarke's we don't have to worry about mould or dampness. These guys are a great team, who are very courteous, friendly, and clean up after the job is done. Thank you for a job well done on my crawlspace. Your crew of Rob, Graham and Aldo did a fabulous job and are a credit to Clarke Basement Systems.

The CleanSpace product is not inexpensive, but I know I got what I paid for because I have already seen some results of having this product installed. There is definitely less moisture up in my living space now and I have noticed a reduction of moisture on my windows as well. I know this will also reduce my heating and air conditioning bills as well.

Something that was not mentioned to me was how your product helps drastically reduce radon gas. Here in Lagoon City we live on a peat bog that causes radon gas and so this product is a great added feature worth mentioning to everyone who should have CleanSpace in their crawl space.

Your CleanSpace system certainly will “pay for itself”.

my basement leaked for 4 years in a row while we wintered in Florida Clarke basements has solved the problem and we now have a dry non-stinky musty basement we now have our rec room back the men doing the work and the salesman where excellent kind and very friendly and went above and beyond to us in our time of stress they jackhammered inside the whole block foundation,ran a drainage sytem to a humungus sump pump and insulated the walls in record time we are amazed at the quality of their work and their proffessionalism they are a 10!!!

We have a home in North Toronto with a 5 year old addition. Despite our contractor's best efforts to waterproof (weeping tile inside and out) we were still getting water in the new part of our basement during heavy rainfalls. Finally enough was enough & it was time to do something...even though it meant gutting our 5 year old basement. I researched the options like crazy and definitely made the right choice. In fact we were so pleased with the results we wound up waterproofing and refinishing the old part of the basement as well.
We have done extensive renovations to our home over the past 10 years & Clarke Basement Systems were the best we have dealt with of any contractors. The job was finished on time, on budget and with full cleanup and excellent after sales service. Our basement is totally dry and comfortable and I don't lay awake anymore when it rains expecting to find wet carpet in the basement. It's unbelievable what a difference it has made. Definitely money well spent.
