his is a late review for Brent at Classic Home Inspections. Brent did a home inspection for a 2nd home purchased around the Eglinton West /Caledonia Area. The inspecion took place on Oct/11/2012, Brent came very punctual and did a throughal home inspection with pictures and very organized and detailed notes.
Thanks to him we found some stuff that we took back to the sellers and asked for a nice price reduction on the home. It was tthough negotiating with the sellers, but we even used some pictures took by Brent to prove our point. We finally got the house for the price we wanted.
