Home inspection on a rainy day
I contacted Brent for a home inspection late last week. He was able to view the property within a day or two.
Even though it was raining he was still diligent enough to climb on top of the roof to inspect the condition of the chimney and shingles. Even our real estate agent didn't expect him to do that.
He ensured I understood everything clearly and invited questions and comments. After the inspection, Brent provided me with 109 photographs of the property including a few highlighting the areas of concern. Top quality service!

Very rarely will I not go up onto the roof. It's tough for me to see it properly from the ground. Unless if the roof is done, typically I will...rain or shine!
