We found Brent on homestars and decided to call him for the home inspection of a new house. Brent is simply just great. Brent was friendly, courteous and punctual since the first phone call. He answered all our questions in detail without any rushing. He gave us advices and tips. He made notes for us and took lot of pictures. Thank you so much for the review Asim !!! It is much appreciated! Fortunetely, there wasn't much wrong with the home. Not the case with every new home though. However, it's always nice to tell people that it's minimum. It's just amazing what the problems can be with new homes. Sometimes it's VERY questionable as to how things "passed" inspection from people with authority. Sometimes I wonder if they even bothered to get out their car to look.
