We hired Clean and Shiny to clean our home after we finshed construction. They told us that post-reno/construction is something they have plenty of experience with, and that they would be sending us a crew of 2. On the day of our appointment with out notifying us they sent only one person, and that person had never worked in the cleaning business before. She was very slow, though she tried, and had no knowledge of cleaning materials for various surfaces, and resulted in damging our marble bath surround and counter tops. When we called and complained about her lack of experience and speed, they promised to send another crew whom arrived at 5:00 and couldn't have been more eager to leave. They did a sloppy job and left 2 hours later. We were desperate at that point as we could not line up any one else on such short notice for the following day to complete the work, and having their employee come back was a huge mistke as that was when her inexperience resulted in the costly damge to our counters. Beware if you are looking for efficieny and experience.

Clean and Shiny, Inc is family owned cleaning company, we have high standards costumers satisfaction is our main priority. We acknowledge complains unfortunately we cannot take full responsibility for the stains that were on your marble there were other labours and workers at your promises working at the same area. The stains were on the marble prior to our work. When we cleaned your marble all we used was water, no chemicals were used. Either the other works have left the stains or it could have been a manufacture defect and with that respect it should be dealt with them.
This is NOT the service we offer to our clients. This is the FIRST time this has ever happened. We are a small company and take things personally. We always put our customers first. No one is perfect but we do always try to resolve the problem.
