I was referred to them by my neighbor. I dealt with Gary Nakashima who was very professional, honest and transparent throughout the interactions. The team which came to do the actual attic insulation were extremely professional, well organized and arrived at the appointed time. The work they did is excellent as I can feel the difference. They cleaned up the area and showed me photos of the insulation( before & after).

Gary was very professional in his approach. He gave expert advice and spoke in terms that I could understand. He did not use any pressure tactics and provided a complete picture of what I needed and what I did not need. Very satisfied.

JUST HAD THE INSTALATION PUT IN BY MARK AND ATWINA WHO WERE LOVELY TO DEAL WITH, MADE SURE ALL MY FURNITURE WAS COVERED, AND LEFT MY ROOM VERY CLEAN. TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW PHOTOS AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME PRIOR TO LEAVING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH OF THEM.

We wanted to increase our attic insulation to be up to code, as our home is 40+ years old. Gary explained current rebates that were available for us to look into.
When the installers arrived, they offered to help me unload my groceries (background, I am 7months pregnant) and they completed their work in less than 2hours. They took all precautions to keep my home clean and when they left, there was no mess! They also provided before/after photos of the attic. Very professional, efficient, and great service. A friend of mine recommended Tropical Insulation. Our upper floor was feeling a bit chilly so we decided to give them a call. Within a few days we had a representative come over to have our attic inspected. I found Gary to be very professional and very knowledgeable. After his inspection he provided us with photos and discussed with us the problem areas in the attic and how to address them.
