Shingles are manufactured by a few companies and all are more or less the same within their price and quality ranges.
In my opinion,the difference between a good roofing job and a bad roofing job is workmanship. The folks at Cornell have years of roofing experience and that experience shows in the workmanship they bring to the job. My re-roofing job was done in less than a day and details often skipped by some roofers were attended to as a normal part of the job. Flashings and vents were replaced, stacks painted, caulking was done, not to mention a superb clean up of materials, debris and nails at the end of the job.
