After having my energy audit done, it was time to replace my 40 year old furnace !!! and AC.

Best quote was from CozyWorld - in fact about $2000 cheaper than Direct energy for exact same equipment. Boris is a knowledgeable and Honest person.

The crew, Kam's, came at 9 am and after working hard and professionally finished and cleaned up at about 4 pm.

Now i have a 95% high efficiency gas furnace and 15 seer high efficiency AC. Only had chance to use AC during summer and the new furnace is years ahead of my old clunker ). Can't wait to start saving money also this winter with the heating furnace.

After i call back the energy auditor i should get back about 1/2 or more of the total cost in energy rebates to boot !!

Been shopping for a new AC unit since existing one failed. Spoke to different vendors who seemed to push their product without any education to the customer. I obtained 4 estimates before choosing Cozy World. One of the other estimates was for exactly the same furnace and Cozy World's price was substantially lower. So it was a no brainer as to who I was going to use! What impressed me about Boris was that he was very straightforward and didn't use any sales pressure at all when he gave me his estimate. Kam and his men were delightful! Very polite, very efficient and most importantly, for me, cleaned up the mess where the old furnace had been.
I would also mention that Boris was very responsive to my emails as I had some further questions regarding the Govt. Rebates.

Boris did the quote himself which was $700 less than others. The installation team arrived when they said they would, were professional and courteous and there was no big mess. The air conditioning works great.

Exceptional service from both Boris & Kam. Boris is knowledgeable and he took his time to explain the rebate details to us. Kam and his crew was very professional as well. Kam took his time to answer all of our questions. They even sweep the floor after the install. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have only praise to what these guys do. The Furnace installation in my house was challenging because there was no easy access from the furnace to the external wall. Kam and the crew managed to do the installation to our 100% satisfaction. Boris helped us processing all the rebates, to ensure we get all applicable ones. I definitely recommend them if you are planning to install high efficiency appliances.

Boris Sherman and his crew were punctual, reliable and professional. They answered all our questions and gave suggestions beyond. The work, that included changing more parts than just the furnace, was completed in one day and they even swiped the furnace room in the end.I would highly recommend this company for doing HVAC work.
