Re-grade patio and lay new stone
Our patio was two inches above the top of the basement wall and was sloping towards the house, causing water to enter the basement. I found Curbz on this website and gave them a call. Ian got back to me right away and was quick to get a crew on the job. His crew were in and out very short period of time and with a minimum of interruption -- and they were all very pleasant, polite and hard-working. Ian's crew excavated the whole area, including removing a surprise block of concrete (at no extra charge), and then did a fantastic job properly grading the area so that the water drains away from our house. Although our goal was only functional -- to keep water out -- Ian's suggestions for stonework and other borders meant that we ended up with a patio that was ALSO very beautiful. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Curbz.
