Sam saved us thousands of dollars!
We had a clogged building trap and water kept backing up. We tried several bottlers of drain opener (Scram and Drano) and could not get relief. Sam from DanMac came within 2 days of us calling him. He walked us through everything he was doing in a friendly and educational way. When using the camera, he explained to us what we were looking at. He tried snaking our drain from the toilet, then again from the floor drain but the clog persisted. Sam then snaked from the fresh air inlet (breather) in a crawl space in our basement and dislodged several pounds of waste and debris from the house trap! Amazingly, Sam was able to snake through our house trap to the other side, saving us tens of thousands of dollars and preventing us from breaking out our porch and basement.
He fixed some other minor issues he found while there and we were back up and running within 2.5 hours.
We will always call Sam from DanMac for our future plumbing and drain needs. [And we will NEVER use "flushable wipes" again!]
