Sofa

I purchased a sofa at Decorium and when it was delivered a noticed a small problem. When I notified Decorium, they assured me it was something they could remedy easily. They came back to my home to remove the sofa to repair, so I was without one for a few weeks. When it came back, the problem was not fixed - in fact it was worse! I continued to complain and was always assured they would fix the sofa. In fact I was promised Decorium would ask the manufacturer for a replacement. The emails went back and forth for MONTHS but nothing was ever done! Eventually I wrote a long letter to the President, but I never received a response. The letter was either intercepted, or the President didn't care to respond. I know somebody received it because days after mailing it, three throw cushion for the sofa, which they had taken away and not given back to me, showed up at my front door. No letter with them, no email, no phone call - just throw cushions in a bag on my front step. And the problem was never fixed. Had they told me from the beginning that nothing could be done, that would have been better than dragging it out for months. Very disappointing.
