An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Just wanting to send a letter to express our many thanks for your help in turning our new house into a "real home".
One fateful phone call on Dec 23rd went from a renovation of 3 bathrooms to a complete renovation of 3 floors ! Debbie - You are truly a visionary designer. You've always made sure to listen to my wishes and concerns and you certainly made them come true with my beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms ! Your choice of tile for our fireplace makes the entire living room look brand new and so so beautiful. We are so proud to show our home now and we always tell people what a superb designer we had helping us.
Gary - You are our true hero. From the hardest kitchen sink ever to install to the largest range hood ever, you never complained and you always made sure your work was exemplary and that we were happy with the end result.
Chester & Scott - You stepped in like real troopers and took over the basement renovation without a hitch. Even when I fretted, you always reassured me that you had it under control and you did ! The end result is beautiful. Better that I imagined. Scott, you always had a smile and a friendly word for the kids and they (and my Mom !) really enjoyed having you around. You never complained even when we added our garbage to the piles already there.
Gerrie - What can we say about you ? You were always there for us when we didn't know how to flip the electrical switches or whenever my Mom needed help. Always arriving bright and early with a smile, you always made sure you did the best for us, even going so far as to clean up all the kitchen cabinets after you installed them. You are a star.
Thanks again Don for all the fine work your team has done for us inside the house and soon, outside of the house ! We are proud to have the Delco Renovations truck parked in front of our home and we would gladly recommend you to anyone looking for a home renovation.
We have since had our first housemarming party and it was a huge success. Everyone loved the house. I was asked over and over who designed our kitched because it was the absolute best part of the entire home ! Second came the basement which everyone thought was designed so well and the layout was great. I was very proud to tell them that Debbie was such an inspirational designer and that Don's team was the best I've ever had working on our home. Even the pickiest of guests didn't have anything bad to say.
Thanks again for making our home so beautiful. It's an award winning job in our eyes.
