I would NEVER hire Delco again. A 5-week, $20K job on an ensuite turned into over 5 months & $30K. I had major plumbing leaks, workers falling through my attic and every thing that could go wrong did. 3 of 5 sub-contractors were a total failure.

- Don Schultz was very likeable and trustworthy. His sub-contractors killed his credibility. He was continually making excuses for the people he was working with.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Find another contractor. Don't trust online reviews.

It is very disappointing when we do not meet the expectations of our customers. In this case a combination of errors happened and some situations beyond our control occurred. We never hesitated to deal with the issues as they happened and offered compensation where we could but understand the frustration. The finished product did meet your expectations but it was a long road to get there. We truly appreciated your patience through it all and wish you the best.
