An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Overall I would give you a B plus rating. The workers are very good and polite. The customer service people on the phone are very nice and helpful, and fast.
Just some minor issues:
1, Some of the workers who come on site don't realize I have a 3 foot strip of grass on the west side and usually miss treating it, don't know why as it's clear that my walk way is in line with it.
2. When the onsite workers see some weeds they should spot treat it right away, even if it's just to fertilize for that particular application. Doesn't hurt to have a bottle handy to spot treat them.
Other than that, very good service.
