Drape Master is TOPS for service and quality. Excellent job of cleaning my blinds and great service removing and rehanging them. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and myself just moved into our first home and what came with the home was Hunter Douglas Silhouettes in our solarium. Now these blinds are pretty expensive and the condition they were left in was horrible....large yellow stains and multiple rips. At first we got a quote to replace all 5 windows, the company wanted around $5,000. So we found a place that would clean them "DRAPE MASTER", I was hesitant at first because I was unsure of how clean they could really get and to my surprise they looked almost brand new to me. The stains were gone, they were nice and white and clean and the rips were sewed and taped with invisible tape. Now you could see the tape but its 100 times better then it was. Overall I am extremely happy with the service I got from the company and the actually product looks fantastic. I Would definitely recommend DRAPE MASTER to anyone who is looking to get they"re blinds/drapes cleaned, even if the material is very delicate. Oh and the price was very reasonable.

First we tried the original installers, Sears. They promised callback in 48 hours, but finally called back 120 hours later! Their service would have taken longer and cost more. In the meantime we contacted DrapeMaster, who arranged an estimate/pickup time/date on the first call, and had our blind back to us within 6 days. Man on the phone, man picking up, and man delivering (Don) were all courteous and efficient. When they could not deliver within the time stated they phoned us promptly. The work is excellent.

Drape Master cleaned our kitchen/family curtains a year ago. They did an exceptional job. Don came by and took a look at the curtains first and gave me an estimate. He took his time evaluating the fabric etc and answered all of my concerns/questions. They came out wonderful! I called them back this year to have the master bedroom/ensuite and our daughter's room drapes done and they too turned out wonderful! I was especially concerned with the drapes in the master bedroom as they are delicate and made with silk and have embroidery throughout. Not a problem for Drape Master!

drape master did our drapes for our new house. they had great service and great product. they installed our drapes on time and wiht little noise adn disruption. we recomend them to anyone looking for drapes. they even helped us take down our old drapes. thank you for the great job

We had construction dust everywhere and had to get all the drapes cleaned - including silk lined drapes and dark cotton drapes. They came in gave a really fair quote, took the drapes down and had them back and re-hung as promised. They also did a bedskirt that had to be hand pressed.
