Just love hem, my blinds came back spotless, technicien did a good job taking them down and put them back up. The crew who came to my house to clean my dinning chairs were very professional. They made sure everything was cleaned and wipe out before they left my place.

My dinning room silk lined drapes needed cleaning. Don and his colleagues did an excellent job. I was consulted ahead of time about what required and informed of the cost.

Our dining room drapes were badly stained. We brought them to our local drycleaner and the stains were still there when we got them back. An owner of a custom-drapery store we know recommended Drape Master to us as the best in the business. The professionals at Drape Master dry cleaned the drape panels three times, but the stains were still there. They called us to explain the situation and to seek our permission for a wet cleaning. The stains are now gone and our drapes look brand new! What's more, we were not charged anything extra for all the extra work that was done on our drapes. Thank you very much! Drape Master did an excellent job cleaning our insulated drapes. The colours are much fresher than the drapes were before cleaning. The same is true for the upholstery on our armchair and ottoman. The yellow is sunshine bright now, thanks to the careful cleaning. The company also let us store our drapes, chair and ottoman with them for an extra week, no charge. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

Good experience. Picked up 11 blinds which were very dirty. Promised to bring them back in a week which they did. They also took them down and reinstalled them. Can highly recommend this family owned company.
