Nathan and Neil introduced themselves right away and I really appreciated their care, customer-focus, and friendliness. They were patient and listened to my concerns about moving the couch. It is bulky and vintage and I didn’t want it damaged in the move. The way that Nathan and Neil moved the couch, spoke to experience and knowledge about how to get big things out of smaller, tighter spaces. They work very well together. Once they had the couch inside my place, they asked me where I wanted it moved to and whether I wanted them to put the wheels back on or if I preferred to do it myself. It may not seem like huge details, however I appreciate the little things and the attention that was given.
After having a last-minute fallout with the previous moving company that I had hired to move the couch, I was frustrated and stressed out. The El Cheapo team came through for me and turned an experience that started out on a negative note into a very positive one.
