I am extremely dissatisfied with Ely's Glass customer service. I had hired them to instal a custom mirror in my client's home. Not only did they fail to address the defect in the product they installed, but their unprofessional behaviour was shocking. Instead of handling the situation with care and professionalism, the representative screamed at me over the phone and abruptly hung up, showing a complete disregard for the issue they caused. It is unacceptable for a company to treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner. I strongly advise against using their services.
