Encore was referred to us for our home renovation. Dave explained the various options and cost factors for each window. We decided to replace 17 windows, the front door, and garage door. The quality of workmanship and product is excellent. Not only do the windows look great, but our energy consumption will be reduced and we qualify for the energy retrofit rebate.
Dave personally came by at the end of job to show us the features and explain the warranty. I would recommend Encore.
