Europa contacted me twice to confirm my move out date prior to their arrival. Andrey provided his estimate in advance based on his very reasonable hourly scale. The day of my move out, Andrey was 45 minutes early and ready to work. Andrey and Joe worked well together with great concern and care for my belongings. They were very conscientious about not hitting the walls and scuffing the paint. Perfection! It was blazing hot today and not once did I hear either one of them complain. They asked if I needed help moving anything around as I was arranging my things and asked at the end of the move if I needed additional help with anything. Joe even walked my 10' ladder to the loft i moved out of when I had every intention of doing so myself. I was impressed with their service, expeditious manner, friendly demeanor and professionalism.
