Quality product (Hunter Douglas), order was delivered on time and conveniently scheduled to fit my busy schedule. There was a problem with the installation of 2 shutters because of my window cranks. The new store manager, Carmela, moved mountains with the manufacturer to resolve my problem quickly. It was very much appreciated because my new window coverings were adjusted and looked perfect in my home. Special thanks to Carmela, because my guests (Christmas party), were very impressed with the look my new shutters gave to the main floor of my house.
