Steve sold me windows and his crew installed those windows without issues. They even got a referal from my neighbours.
However, Steve is not accurate with his quotes and advised me I qualified for the gov't energy rebate, when he did not double check (or single check, for that matter).
Communicaiton seriously lacks with this company and they don't get back to you when things go sideways. In fact, they just ghost you completely.
But, they got paid and that's all that matters to them.
