Massimo performed his obligation professionally and on time. An exterior finishing or re-coating of original paint was sanded, cracks filled. In our case, wood panelling was rotted in an area which was not visible, Massimo insisted this be repaired, otherwise he would not continue to paint, it would be a blatant irresponsible thing to do and in turn create a bigger problem at a later date. He performed the repair work himself and clearily felt that this signature of professional conduct is what he represents as a painter/technical craftsman.
Prices are not "bargain mentality: but you receive quality and after the job guarantees, that in my mind is worth it all, especially when the finished product looks as good as ours.
