Water temperature problems

Water Filtration & Purification review in Toronto

We had water temperature issues in two of our bathrooms. The reason for the problem was originally misdiagnosed by another plumber. Mark from Express Rooter figured out the issue and corrected it for us. We found him to be honest, direct and capable. He solved our problem promptly and at minimal expense. We would highly recommend Express Rooter and Mark in particular.

Toilet repair and installation

Had a couple of new toilets installed after one of the previous ones had a leak due to a defective flush valve. Prompt response on the phone to arrange a visit. No call out charges. Punctual. Good advice explained clearly. Good value advice. Delivery as promised. Tony was the tech.

pipe replacement

I needed immediate assistance with a clogged sink and leaking pipe under house addition. Craig was fantastic getting Tony and team over for assessment and work. The job entailed digging concrete up to replace key pipe.

Plumbing - 4 separate fixes

Plumbing review in Mississauga

July 2022 to September: Four separate plumbing issues. Original builders installed questionable or missing plumbing connections especially in the basement. Mark and George were professional and friendly and explained what needed to be fixed. I am very pleased with their expert plumbing jobs, and with Express Rooter Service.

Tony is an excellent plumber . He came when he said, did perfect work and cleaned up so nothing was amiss . I had work done with him previously and he suggested which new toilets to buy that would fit my decor and they did!!

Waste water pipe repair

I am so thankful for Express Rooter. We got a blockage on a weekend and Mark was there soon after. He diagnosed that major work needed to be done. Tony came by the next day and got things rolling. We chose to go with them to do the digging and the crew did a great job. Mark came by to show me the work with the camera and I was so happy. Dealing with one person for customer service throughout (Craig) was great. Extremely professional, honest and efficient service!
