At the time I was not aware that I was paying for carpet scraps. The installers came out to my home as scheduled. They carelessly cut the old carpet away using exacto knives and in so doing damaged the wood trim and the wood posts on the staircases.

The carpet they installed did not match and it seems the installers just cut the carpet any way they could in order to fit it to the steps. The end result are steps that look completely mismatched and 'crooked'.

I cannot recommend this company. They have a guarantee stamped on the back of the receipt but the owner does not honor the guarantee. Many phone calls without the courtesy of a return call and often a fax line kicks in. Horrible experience.

They have a wide selection of carpets to choose from. Sales reps are friendly and not too pushy. Prices are very reasonable. Best prices on Kennedy Rd. Buyer beware: Carpets might be damaged. Overall its average.
