When we realized our laundry machine was at end of life, we began searching online for a replacement. Our concern was our small stairwell leading to the basement. We spent time searching stores, taking measurements, and we still were not sure what would work for us. So we stopped in at Faulkner's, and met with Gord. We told him our concerns and he offered to send Bob on site to take measurements. Bob showed up and measured all of our doorway openings and stairwells and then was able to recommend the washer and dryer that would work for us.

This is the sort of service that is rare. Their pricing was absolutely competitive with what we could find online, but more importantly, they respected our money and ensured that what we purchased from them would be right for us. I cannot recommend them enough
