I have bought multiple new build homes in the past 15 years in the Oakville area from almost every new home builder in the Oakville area and Fernbrook Homes is the best new home builder period, There overall building standards (included in purchase price not upgrades) is far above any of the other new home builders. There overall build quaility is par none with the new home builders, the customer service is fast and reliable and I have has zero issues with them fixing any issues I have had. I give Fernbrook Homes my highest recommendation if your looking for a new home builder.
