This is a solid gold company that delivers exactly what it says it will. The owner Paul Lucas insists on and delivers excellent customer satisfaction regardless of the size of the job. My husband and I moved into a new townhouse with new rugs throughout and because we have dogs, decided to treat our carpets for the inevitable and of course glad that we did.
