We had no idea a company could surpass all of our expectations the way FM Industries did. They made a huge renovation a simple task becuase of their professionalism. We have recommended them to family and friends who have since experienced the same amazing experience as we did. Its nice to know there are companies like FM Industries who actually really care about their customers.

We purchased windows for the entire home , and a new front entrace door. Several neighbours used FM INDUSTRIES and only had good things to say about them so we were confident we were going to deal with a good company.

We were so happy with the look, the quality of the windows, and the manner in which we were dealt with. They were on time, polite, clean, and took the time most companies dont give to explain how the product works, and what the warranty entales.

We are exceptionally happy we dealt with this amazing company and would not hesitate to use them again.

we purchased windows in spring and got them installed. Windows were on time and installer did a great job. windows look beautiful and we feel more comforfable. Windows made our home very quiet. We did have a concern with two windows which were taken seriusly by our Sales person and he got them fixed with in one week. Good Job!!!!!!!

Worst company for delivery AND customer service. You order one thing and they bring you something different. Not only was the order several weeks late, they brought and installed the wrong windows. I ordered 5 white cross-hatched grid windows and they brought 5 clear pane glass windows. They said to uninstall the clear pane windows and install the cross-hatch grid windows that I originally ordered, I'd have to pay an extra $1,000+ or so.
In addition, I've been trying to call customer service because two windows need repair and the I've been leaving messages for two weeks and they still have not arranged an appointment to come and fix the windows.

I recieved the worst customer service! The doors were almost 2 months late, and no one called to keep me up to date. Promise after promise was broken. And the worst: when I complained to the VP and President, they didn't acknowledge how they had broken our contractual agreement and didn't manage the complaint at all....they sent me a letter stating that their business expansion had made them soooo busy!
I didn't even get the door the way I ordered it!

Was very pleased with them. I guess it depends on the district rep because we were so happy with the results and time frame. I admit they are pricy but well worth it.
