My wife and I were at a Home Show, and there we met with Frank at the "Four Seasons Sunroom" stand. We were impressed by the designs he showed us, and more attractive were the specs. concerning the glass they use. They eventually demonstrated to us in their showroom how effective the glass is in preventing heat transfer.
Our journey started then with FSS.
After some back and forth with Frank, he showed us all options with renderings, we agreed on a design with emphasis on practicality. We decided on a glass roof for our 22' x 13' sunroom.
FSS provided us with a complete detailed design for the sunroom as well as the relocation of our deck. It took some time to get the building permit, but once received they worked quickly to erect the sunroom. Even though the weather was snowy and cold, their contractor was able to finish the work, meticulously, within a few weeks.

We are quite satisfied with the work done. There are no leaks from the all glass roof or anywhere else despite the heavy rain and snow of the past few days. Excellent job.
