I've used Frederick's to move homes before. I found them fast and efficient.
This time, my experience was not positive. Frederick scoped the work and I agreed to his price.
After they had filled their truck, they demanded more money to move 20 left over boxes. I was shocked, especially since I only moved 5 min away from my current home. Buyer beware.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- make sure that your contract stipulates 'full house' rather than their estimate for number of boxes or trucks.
