I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone but we had no choice but to deal with them since we bought a new home. There are many chips on our cabinets and our pantry isn't the same color as the rest of the cabinets.
A rep from Frendel called and set up and appointment to get the repairs done and no one showed up! After calling to find out why no one showed up, I was almost chastized for not calling sooner to tell them that no one showed up! I can't beleive that the rep tried to blame me for not telling her that the worker didn't show up. She was rude and unapologetic.
The other sales rep does not have a good command of english and is quite rude as well as abrupt. They have absolutely no customer service skills.
I would neither recommend this company or its products to anyone.
