Gerry is a nice person, but he is totally unorganized and unreliable. His after installation service is non existent. He is very cheap and promises to get the work started right away. However, he will start the task and no show for months on end. It took hours of yelling and screaming to get my deposit back. I had to get the work redone as it was done so poorly. He is a nice guy but that's where it ends.
