In November, 2020, I called Gerry’s Roofing & Siding to look at a small section of loose siding on my house. I was told there was a $250 fee to have the workers assess. They came on November 17th and nailed the loose siding. They did not have siding on their truck and so matched the colour and left to order some replacement. I got a call from the owner of the business a few days later who said it would cost me another $250 plus whatever materials were needed. I’m not sure if that second $250 included labour or if that would be more. The thing is, now we’re talking $500 before any replacement of siding has been done. It truly feels like gouging. I will not go back to this company and I will not recommend this company due to the fact that they’re going to charge you $250 every time they show up, and they’re deciding how many times they’re going to show up. The end result is I’ve paid $282.50 and still have the same problem siding on my house.
