Repaired/Replaced Sewage Pump Float
I left a message during the company's operating hours. The owner called me back within 30 minutes and had a plumber to my home within an hour. It wasn't an urgent situation, but this was impressive nonetheless.
The tech (Giovanni) was absolutely outstanding from arrival through to departure ... professional, personable, highly competent, explained the process, immediately diagnosed the issue, replaced the float which had developed a cracked housing, meticulously tested the float trigger level to ensure it was at the ideal "protection level", reviewed the repair with me, gave me an invoice and processed the payment all before leaving.
The entire experience could not have been better unless it was free! :) I highly recommend this company, and Giovanni in particular.
