At double the quote from three others, a strong recommendation of my agent and the sales pitch from the owner sold me. They mishandled and broke the screen of my $1800 flat screen television. It’s not compensation I was looking for really, it was an empathetic ear for your company’s blatant negligence. It is obvious to me now that your sales pitch for the family business that cares about my possessions and move was all just that, an empty, phoney sales pitch that over sold and under delivered. They wouldn't call to discuss their negligence, they just don't care.
