The work was done to my satisfaction and a few days later, I had a problem with the ceiling fan / light...the service man came back a few days later. but before he did he spoke to me on the phone, then went on line from his home and found that this was an issue with many Hunter Ceiling fan/lights. He was able to come up with a solution and which allowed me to make use of the brand new fixture, without taking it back down and replacing it all over again. This was done at no extra cost to me.
I felt Steve went the extra mile to find a fix for my brand new defective light fixture. Sure I could have taken it back, put together another one and had him install another brand new one but I had thrown away the receipt, since it was up and working. So I needed to make this one work and Steve did just that .
