Hilltop Roofing

We had our roof done in the summer 2005-We have had a leak ever since. They came out once (after repeated calls for action) and recaulked the flashing. It leaked again. It is leaking -same spot again. They would not return our calls or our neighbours -who was also having leaks.All their numbers are currently out of service.
BBB will be contacted as it appears they are now operating under a different name.

We chose Hilltop because they were the cheapest, what a BIG mistake!!! Hilltop replaced our whole roof in the summer of 2002 and it started leaking in three different places in the spring of 2004. We called them repeatedly to come fix the problem, and they did not. To make a long story short, we were so frustrated with the whole ordeal that we ended up paying another roofer, D'angelo Brothers, to fix the problems. I would not trust them at all and their warranty is worthless!! They were definitely very timely...at collecting the payment once the job was done!!

Hilltop was contracted to install my roof (after getting a prior testimonial from a friend). Unfortunately, it was a hot day when they got around to it. As it turned out a section of the roof was not properly installed, and we got some water damage on our ceiling because of it. No action was taken (after repeated calls) until I called the BBB. They wouldn't fix the ceiling, but did repair the roof. Unsatisfactory in my opinion.

Guy provided us with a clear written estimate and were able to come and start the work fairly quickly. They finished in 2 days and did a good job of clean-up. The estimate included adding some items which were put in. After calling they came and installed the vents in about 2 weeks with no hassle or arguments.

We held a beauty contest for roofers and chose Hilltop Roofing for their honesty, integrity and their professional quotation. John the owner is a pleasure to deal with given his expertise and professional attitude. The whole roof needed replacement and there were 3 layers of shingles that had to be removed. Weather caused a delay but when the crew did arrive they began their work like a well-oiled machine. Each crew member knew what to do and went straight to work. The entire job was done in one day. The quality of workmanship was excellent each member of the crew took pride in their work and conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner. We were very impressed and greatly satisfied for a job well done.
