The coupler on the circulator pump for my boiler broke resulting in a very loud buzzing sound loud enough to cause us to turn the heating off. I called Hoerner and set up an appointment - everything was easy to schedule.

The gentleman who arrived was prompt and professional and was able to fix the problem. He also suggested a cleaning of the boiler as I hadn't serviced it in two years - so I agreed to the extra work as it was clearly required.

They responded quickly to my request for a technician - in fact - I received three calls and three email messages to confirm a date and time. I raise that because I had the unfortunate experience of contacting two other companies that promised to attend and then did not. I ended staying home waiting for a plumber and wasted a lot of time.
