What a pleasure to have found Hoerner Heating and Plumbing Services. They responded quickly to my request for a technician - in fact - I received three calls and three email messages to confirm a date and time. I raise that because I had the unfortunate experience of contacting two other companies that promised to attend and then did not. I ended staying home waiting for a plumber and wasted a lot of time. In that regard, Hoerner was a breath of fresh air as they contacted me right away and provided same day service. Moreover, the technician - Mike Conroy - was prompt, friendly and competent. The problem was resolved and the service was impeccable. I would recommend Hoerner - and Mike - without any hesitation whatsoever.
