We wanted to remove a radiator to create more space in our bedroom in our old house. Koerner communicated efficiently about the time frame of the job, and sent a photo of the technician in advance. Daniel was extremely efficient and flexible, improvising to adjust to the frustrations of an old house, always consulting with me. I felt completely confident about his expertise and fairness, and enjoyed his positive energy. We have had several jobs done by Koerner over the years and never hesitate to go directly to them with any heating and plumbing jobs. Great service.
