Tankless water heater not working.
My tankless water heater stopped working unexpectedly. Hoerner responded very quickly and sent out their technician Daniel to assess the problems and suggest solutions. Before he arrived, I was sent out a one hour notice of his coming along with a photo amd brief description so that I could be comfortable allowing him into my home. He was courteous, communicative, and very professional, and I am confident that my problem is solved. I would recommend both Hoerner & Daniel to anyone.
