Brad came 2.5h past time window and gave an estimate for 2 Stelrad replacements for 2 old cast iron bedroom rads. Brad seemed very knowledgeable and Hoerner had a good reputation so we decided to go ahead with the job. The work was done by
Calvin and Claire about a week later; unfortunately the pipes under both rads were neither parallel to the floor nor close enough to the bottoms of the rads. When I called Hoerner to remedy the situation
an appointment was made without an argument. Brad fixed the problem today in less than 1 hour. We are happy now.
