Home Depot - Mavis Rd

I completely replaced all my wall to wall carpets. Home Depot had a great promotion with free underpad and great price. You can also pay it in 6 months with their credit card.
The price is great on a couple of styes/colours in stock.
They came and measured my place and the cost for it is applied to my order.
The installation is outsourced. The installer was late and his assistant was sick. I had to help him with the carpet. When he put down part of the carpet he noticed the pattern did not match. He brought back carpet and I had to deal with store. After a while, I was able to get a better carpet without pattern for the same price. Had to live on concrete floors until new carpet was installed. Store called later and wanted me to pay higher price. After some time agreed to not charge extra due to problems. Carpet is well installed and good quality. Hassle in getting carpet installed was big problem but no one had a better price. Had to call them once to stretch carpet but they did it without cost.

Home Depot is known for their no-nonsense quality rennovations. I have to admit its true. It was easy to order the humidifier and the service is excellent. The person who came to install the humidifer was knowledgeable and very efficient. The only problem was they're so booked up you have to wait for 2 weeks for the installation. It's well worth it though!

I figured I would stop off at Home Depot and ask the sales staff advice on how to install wainscoting in my downstairs hallway and up the wall around my spiral staircase. I was planning to hire a professional to install it, but after the great tips I got at this location from three staff, I decided to do it on my own. It turned out like a professional job. I applaud Home Depot for hiring staff that actually know how to work with what they are selling... wonderful!

I purchased about $2000.00 of various home reno items. Had to return two towel bars and a rug that I did not need. Home Depot Gerrard Square would not accept the return of one towel bar because that particular store did not sell the item. I was told I had to go to the Etobicoke store where I orginally purchased the towel bar. They would not transfer the item via interstore. When I expressed my dismay I was told repeatedly that Home Depot has the right to refuse any return, even if it is from one of their own stores and within the 90 day window. Unfortunately the assistant manager, Steve G. was equally unhelpful. I have never experienced that from the store before, but I am certainly much more hesitant to shop there now.

I am renovating my bathroom and went to Home Depot for advice and prices, they were very friendly and the prices are perfect. I would choose Home Depot for the rest of my home renovations as well

They were very helpful in helping pick new shades for room colors. They compares old room colours, to what new ones may looked like, and recomended that best brands.

Home Depot - Hwy 7 and Weston, it took this company a full year to complete my kitchen renovation. This is the worst home renovation service that I ever used. They ordered the wrong cabinet at least 4 times and they installed a countertop that was too short. This experience was an absolute nightmare.

The person who was doing the whole project gave us the right information, if not for him we would have tile a wall with the existing aluminium framing that would not carry the weight for long, that was key. We just had the right observations that lead us to ending our project that we just love!

I like Home Depot because you walk in as an amateur and walk out as a pro. For lighting and electrical very helpful.

Home Depot installed (via outside contractors) broadloom in a rec room. The cost was $3,000.00, but the quality of carpeting was unsatisfactory as was service and installation.
Home Depot did not accurately monitor the job or it’s contractors.
Very Disappointing.
