We paid ICE $200 to spray a wasp nest. We planned on removing the nest ourselves once the wasps were dead. An ICE guy came out...spent 10 minutes at our house...sprayed the nest and told us he "killed the queen" and we could remove the nest in a few days. The next day the wasps were back.
We called ICE back and they wanted another $500 to come out again. Thinking this was ridiculous we asked to speak to the owners Kevin or Denise. ICE (Donna) promised we'd hear from them the next day. That was over 2 weeks ago...never heard from anyone at ICE.
We called another pest control company who suggested we spray the area with alcohol and hang a $1 paper wasp nest (from the dollar store). Wasps were gone in two days never to come back and it only cost us about $5!!!
Sorry we spent $200 with ICE in the first place...glad we didn't drop another $500. Will never use ICE again.
