By far the best customer service ever encountered. From the moment we walked in the door Bob greeted us with a smile, was super helpful and closed the deal with exactly what we wanted. The delivery men were super friendly and professional. They even went above and beyond, to fix my broken mirror for my dresser, ad advised by Bob. I bought a sofa from Raj at the Granview hwy location on a Tuesday, the sofa was delivered as promised on Thursday. On arrival I noticed a mark on the back of the sofa which cleaned off easily but thete was fabric defect in that area. I was not happy. My son called JR and spoke with Bob who arranged for that piece of the sofa to be exchanged on Saturday. I appreciated their prompt action without hassle.

I'd searched exhaustively for a new sofa when I walked into J R Furniture Place & set eyes on the most delicious, deepest purple/aubergine 2-seater. Everything about it was right - size, style (elegant/modern), gorgeous feather-filled cushions, price. The staff were helpful & my beautiful sofa arrived promptly after ordering. The store has an amazing collection of furniture & accessories for people who crave first class contemporary home decorations that are beautifully made & reasonably priced.
